Before meeting JW I was one of those people that was generally skeptical of work with a real estate agent to try and save fees and afterwards I can confidently say I have completely changed my mind. JW not only quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home we likely never would have discovered otherwise but he was there to help guide us through a chaotic and frustrating mortgage process that shifted dates multiple times yet he still worked with the sellers to get the deal done. I cannot recommend him enough especially if you are someone like me who was determined to do it themselves.
