I’ve thought long of what to review for JW and there’s just not enough depth in any word to describe working with this professional. JW is prompt, responsive, and caring in his work. JW is passionate about his industry which shines into the work ethic and skills he has. As a couple needing a realtor we won the lottery working with JW. Weeks in and he could read our body language and determine our mindset. He works hard to know his clients and to fulfill their desires in home buying. As a realtor JW is THE ONE, if you choose someone else count it as a loss to your experience in purchasing a home. Add on the fact the he is the kindest and best HUMAN around, I can’t say enough good things about him. Ups and downs of home buying and he was kind and patient with me in all of it. He handled EVERYTHING for me, home buying felt effortless with him. The only downside is once he finds you your perfect house you don’t get to hang out with him anymore. If you make one great choice before your best choice in purchasing your dream home, choose JW to work with.

JW is top of the line when it comes to realtor. My timeline was short to sell, the market wasn’t great, and I was fairly stringent on my selling price and acceptable offers, and JW made it happen and made everything feel easy on my end. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

He understood our preferences, needs, and dealbreakers perfectly, and every house he showed us was a true finalist; he never wasted our time showing us houses that didn’t check our boxes. After securing us a terrific price on the home were purchasing, we had a situation where we needed to sell our current house, immediately, hopefully without taking a financial hit. After spelling this out to JW (and apologizing for putting him in this spot), he sold our house at our asking price within 72 hours. Top shelf experience all the way around!
